▸Do I need to install anything?
No. No APK, no extension, no box. Everything happens in the browser tab.
▸Where are my profiles stored?
In your browser's local storage, on your own machine. They are not sent to any database. Clearing the site's data removes them permanently.
▸Some channels have no picture or no sound. Why?
They are broadcast in HEVC or with an AC3 audio track, which browsers do not decode — a hardware receiver does, Chrome does not. Channels marked "HEVC" in the lists are the affected ones. Look for the "FHD" or "HD" version of the same channel: it is usually H.264 and works.
▸The portal says "Your STB is blocked". Is my subscription blocked?
Usually not. That message also appears when the portal does not recognise the device: it expects a model and a firmware version it did not receive. Try another box model in the profile's advanced options — switching from MAG250 to MAG254 or MAG322 is often enough. If the message persists across every model, contact your provider.
▸Which box model should I choose?
MAG250 by default: it is the most widely accepted. Change it only if your portal refuses the connection — it is the setting that most often unblocks a situation.
▸Do I need a particular MAC address?
The one your provider tied to your subscription. If you do not have one yet, the generator creates an address in the MAG box format, which you then pass on to your provider.
▸Why does the stream go through your server?
A video element cannot send the headers a receiver sends, and a browser on HTTPS refuses to contact a portal over HTTP. The server therefore acts as a relay. It keeps neither the streams nor the credentials.
▸Does it work on a phone or a tablet?
Yes, the interface adapts and the remote works with a finger. The experience is still better on a wide screen, since portals are designed for a television.
▸How do I navigate without a physical remote?
The arrow keys move the selection, Enter confirms, Backspace goes up one level, Page Up and Page Down change channel, and F1 to F4 map to the colour keys. The button at the bottom right opens an on-screen remote.
▸Do you provide channels or portals?
No, never. This service is a playback tool: you bring your own portal and your own subscription. No list is provided, offered or recommended.
